My love for nutrition started in my grandparents’ kitchen, watching them create endless colourful, flavour-packed dishes, and that joy still inspires the way I approach nutrition today.
Get to know me
I don’t believe in strict meal plans and follow a HAES (Health at Every Size) approach, helping people tweak meals so eating well is easy and guilt-free.
To me, the best kind of eating tastes wholesome; full of colour, nutrients, flavour, and it should always feel fun and satisfying.
While I bring my Sri Lankan heritage and Sinhala fluency to my work, I help people from all cultures find an approach that fits their life.
with care, always

For me, dietetics is about the whole person, not just food, considering your routines, lifestyle, culture, beliefs, and values, so the guidance you get actually fits into your life.
Outside of work, you’ll find me trying new recipes, attempting to match my mum’s curries (still a work in progress!), exploring new food spots, never missing my weekly froyo, and chasing my very naughty beagle on long walks, who somehow turns every walk into an adventure.
When you work with me, you’ll get a warm, judgement free space where your goals, struggles, and favourite foods all matter. Together, we’ll make eating well something you love, wholesome, and full of flavour, without stress, guilt, or pressure.
