Hi, my name is Devni!

I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian, and I know that food and health can feel overwhelming at times, and you’re not alone in that.

I take a gentle, non-diet approach, using evidenced-based advice to help you feel safer with food, trust your body, and move towards a more balanced, supported way of eating.
