2. Bookings and Appointments

Appointments can be made via our online booking system, by calling our phone number, or through linked platforms (including Instagram).
By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to practitioner availability or unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, we will notify you using the contact details provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services where appropriate, including where a therapeutic relationship is no longer suitable.
3. Telehealth Services
Telehealth allows us to offer convenient and accessible care, wherever you are.
Where services are provided via telehealth (including phone or video consultations), you acknowledge that:
There may be limitations associated with technology, including interruptions, reduced quality, or technical difficulties
You are responsible for ensuring you have access to a suitable private environment and stable internet connection

All services are provided by an Accredited Practising Dietitian and are intended to support your health and wellbeing, not replace medical care.

Outcomes may vary depending on individual health status, circumstances, and adherence to recommendations

We do not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department.
5. Fees and Payments
We aim to be transparent and fair in all pricing, while maintaining a high standard of care and service.
Fees for services are outlined on this Site or provided at the time of booking.
Clients with a valid GP Chronic Condition Management Plan and referral may be eligible for bulk billed consultations, subject to eligibility criteria and availability.
Private consultation fees apply where bulk billing is not available.
Payment may be required prior to or at the time of your appointment.
All fees are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for Services is limited to resupplying the Services or refunding the cost of those Services where required under Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to update our fees or services at any time. Any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
6. Communication Policy
We value clear, respectful, and supportive communication with all clients.
We aim to provide timely and supportive communication; however:
We do not provide individualised nutrition or medical advice via email, social media, or direct messaging platforms
Response times may vary, and communication outside of scheduled consultations is not guaranteed
